The Magnetic Seam Guide from Prym can be attached to your sewing machine for perfect compliance with seam allowances. A magnet with a reliable, non-slip grip allows the seam guide to be mounted on the metal plate of the machine at the desired distance to the needle to guide the fabric edge, allowing parallel sewing without marking up the cloth. The seam guide is made of sturdy burr free steel with rounded edges, so won't catch on fabrics and can easily be removed from the metal plate of the sewing machine by the protruding tab on the back.
