Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000The Distance Selling Regulations (which allow consumers a seven day â€œcooling offâ€ period after purchasing and a right to cancel an order during this period) do not apply to â€œpersonalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specificationâ€ thereby excluding Interiors-Fabrics products. A cancellation during this period needs to be agreed between the customer and Interiors-Fabrics on a case by case basis.
